How can admin generate Employee Wise Claim Items report?

An Employee Wise Claim Items report provides a detailed overview of the claim items submitted by individual employees within an organization. 


To generate Employee Wise Claim Items report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, search for Employee Wise Claim Item Reports.
  3. From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
  4. From the Claims Template dropdown list, select the required template.
  5. From the Claims Item dropdown list, select the required item.
  6. From the Currency dropdown list, select your currency.
  7. From the Claims Status dropdown, select the status of the claim.
  8. Select All Employees or Selected Employees as per your requirement.
  9. From the Group By dropdown list, select the required group.
  10. Click Options to customize the report.
  11. Click Save to save the customization.
  12. Click Generate to generate the employee wise claim items report.
