How can admin view an FBP report with details of the amount declared by employees under each allowance?

A flexible benefits plan (FBP) means customizing the salary breakup of the employees to achieve maximum tax benefits. 

To view an FBP report with details of the amount declared by employees under each allowance, the admin must generate the FBP Plan Exporter report. 

To download the FBP Plan Exporter report, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. In the search box, enter FBP Plan Exporter. The FBP Plan Exporter form appears.
3. From the Plan Type dropdown list, select the required plan.
4. From the Plan Status dropdown list, select the required plan status.
5. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
6. Click Save to save the customizations.
7. Click Generate to download the FBP Plan Exporter report.
