Yes, admin can generate reports related to employee overtime hours. By generating the Overtime Monthly Summary Report you can get the overtime hours worked by the employees.
Overtime is the amount of time that you spend at work after the usual working hours. The number of extended working hours can vary depending on the company policies. Working overtime allows you to apply for compensatory off or pays you as per the company policies.
To generate the Overtime Monthly Summary Report of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Overtime Monthly Summary Report. The Overtime Monthly Summary Report form opens.
- Click From Date dropdown list, select the valid from date.
- Click To Date dropdown list, select the valid to date.
- Enable the radio button All Employees/Selected Employees as per the requirement.
- Click Order By dropdown list, select the relevant option.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Category1 dropdown list, select the required option.
From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.
- Click Save to save the changes.
- Click Generate to generate the Overtime Monthly Summary Report.
Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
