How can admin verify FBP declaration details of employees?

A flexible benefits plan (FBP) means customizing the salary breakup of the employees to achieve maximum tax benefits. 

To verify the FBP declaration details of the employees, the admin must generate the FBP Plan Exporter report. 

To generate the FBP Plan Exporter, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. Using the search box, search for FBP Plan Exporter. The form appears.
3. From the Plan Type dropdown list, select the required plan.
4. From the Plan Status dropdown list, select the status of the plan.
5. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
6. Click Option to customize the report.
7. Click Save to save the customization.
8. Click Generate to verify the FBP declaration details of employees.
