How can admin generate payroll YTD summary reports?

Payroll YTD reports track an employee's earnings, taxes, and deductions for the current year until a specific date. They ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance by monitoring individual earnings and overall payroll costs.


To generate a payroll YTD summary report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter the YTD summary report. The form appears.
  3. From the From Payroll dropdown list, select the required payroll month.
  4. From the To Payroll dropdown list, select the required payroll month.
  5. Click the Mark Income to select all the income components.
  6. Click the Mark Deduction to select all the deduction components.
  7. Click Options to customize the report.
  8. To generate the YTD summary reports, click Generate.
