The Year-to-Date (YTD) statement provides a complete summary of the individual's earnings and deductions for each month throughout the financial year.
To view and download your current year’s YTD statement, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Salary > YTD Reports. The YTD Reports page opens.
- From the Year dropdown list, select the current year. Under the YTD Statement tab, you can view your current year’s YTD statement.
- Click the Download icon to download the statement. The current year’s YTD statement downloads in pdf format.
