How can admin generate YTD Statement?

A YTD Statement summarizes the financial activity and performance of an individual or a company from the beginning of the current year up to a specified date.


To generate YTD Statement, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter YTD Statement. The YTD Statement form opens.
  3. From the From Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant option.
  4. From the To Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant option.
  5. Click Mark Income to select all the income components.
  6. Click Mark Deductions to select all the deduction components.
    Note: You can also select the required components individually.
  7. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
  8. Click Options to customize the report.
  9. Click Save to save the customization.
  10. Click Generate to generate the YTD Statement.
