How can admin configure access rights for the PMS Library in greytHR?

Setting up goals, reviews, and feedback questions from scratch each time can be time-consuming. The PMS Library in greytHR helps you save time by giving you ready-to-use templates.

Configuring access rights for the greytHR PMS Library refers to defining and customizing the levels of access and permissions that users or user groups have within the system.

From the greytHR Admin portal go to Settings > User Administration > User Roles.

  1. Select the admin user role card and click the Edit icon. 

  2. Choose PMS Library under the Category dropdown.

  3. Select Read Access and Write Access for:

    • PMS Library Clone Group 

    • View Feedback 360 Library

    • View Goal Plan Library

    • View PMS Library

    • View Review Library
