A goal plan is a structured framework that enables admins, employees, and managers to set, track, and evaluate specific, measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals.

The admin must enable the feature PMS Admin from the User Role page to make any other named user a super user.

To enable this feature, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > User Administration > User Roles. The User Roles page appears.

  2. Select the user to whom you want to enable the access and click the Edit icon. A page opens.

  3. From the Category dropdown list, select Select Category

  4. In the Search search box, type PMS. The PMS features list appears.

  5. Select PMS Admin and click the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.

  6. Click Save to enable the role for the superuser.
