Goal Plans is an organized framework that enables employees and managers to set, monitor, and assess measurable objectives that align with the organization's overall goals.
To verify if the details in the draft goal plan are complete or missing, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.
Select the Draft tab. A list of inactive goal plans appears.
Select the required goal plan card and click the V to expand the card.
Please note: If the selected goal plan opens and shows the Activate button, it means all details are filled. If not, it indicates that details are missing.
Click the Settings icon. The selected goal plan opens and you can fill in the required details.
Click Save to save the details.
Click Confirm. A success message appears.
