A goal plan is a structured framework that helps employees and managers set, track, and evaluate measurable objectives aligned with the organization's broader goals.
The admins can clone a goal plan to create an identical copy of an existing cycle. This feature is useful for efficiently replicating configurations, data, or systems.
To clone the goal plan, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goal Plans. The Goal Plans page opens.
From the Active/Draft/History tab, select the goal plan card that you want to clone and click the ⋁ icon to expand the card.
Click Clone to clone an existing goal plan.
Note:
You must perform similar actions as creating a goal plan to clone the goal plan.
The Performance Period does not get cloned. You must define it.
