Employee documents are records and files related to an individual's employment within the company.
As an admin, you can allow or restrict employees and managers from downloading important documents based on your company’s policy requirements. These permissions can be managed from the User Roles page.
To allow or restrict the right to download the documents, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.
Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.
From the Search text box enter download. The table displays all the related features.
Select the features Download Document in ESS (PDF) and Download Forms and Policies in ESS (PDF) and select/deselect the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes as per your company policy requirements.
Click Save to update the changes.
