How can employee download documents and letters?

A document center page for employees is a centralized location or webpage where employees can access important documents and resources related to their employment.  

You can download your relevant documents from the Document Center in your ESS portal. 

To download the documents, the employee must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Document Center. The Document Center page opens and displays the categories such as Payslips, Overtime Payslips, Company Policies, Form 16, Forms, and Letters.
2. Point to the relevant category and click View All. The relevant category page opens.
3. Navigate to relevant document using Jump To navigation list.
4. Click the Arrow to view the download link.
5. Click the Download icon to download the required documents.
