When an employee’s overtime record is marked as Not Considered on the OT Finalization page by the admin and there is a subsequent change in the eligible overtime hours, the system will highlight this change on the Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off page.
To resolve this, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Leave > Information > Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off. The Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off page opens.
Select the OT record that highlights the change.
Click the Resolve button. The OT record moves to the History tab with the status as Considered.
Note:
The updated record with the new eligible overtime hours will remain in the Current Applications tab.
