How can admin enable the Attendance Excess hours from OT policy option?

An overtime policy is a set of guidelines established by an organization to govern the payment, scheduling, and management of overtime work for employees.


To enable attendance excess hours from overtime policy module, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings Leave Leave Rules. The Leave Rules page opens.
  2. On the Compensatory Off (CO) card, click the Edit icon. The form appears. 
  3. Select the Consider Attendance Excess hours from OT policy checkbox. 
  4. Click Finish to configure comp-off eligibility hours from the overtime policy module.
