Can admin delete an employee’s auto-granted compensatory off or overtime transaction?

Yes. The admin can delete an employee’s auto-granted compensatory off or overtime transaction. 

The Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off feature automatically grants overtime (OT) and compensatory time off for the extra hours worked by the employees based on the organization’s configured overtime policy. 

To delete an employee’s auto-granted compensatory off or overtime transaction, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Leave Information Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off. The Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off page opens.

  2. From Select Auto Grant Type, select the Comp Off/Overtime option as per the requirements.

  3. From the Attendance Period dropdown list, select the required attendance period.

  4. From the Select Date Range dropdown calendar, select the required date. Under the Current Applications tab, the table displays the information based on the selection.

  5. Select the required employee whose transaction you want to delete using the checkbox.

  6. Click the Delete option available at the bottom of the page.
