How can admin edit the review cycle?

A review cycle is a specific evaluation period during which an organization assesses employee performance. 

The admin can edit a review cycle only if the cycle is in the Draft stage, by clicking the Settings icon available on the cycle card. Once the cycle gets activated, admins cannot make changes.


To edit a review cycle before activating it, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews. The Reviews Cycle page opens.

  2. Click the Drafts tab. The list of saved review cycles appears.

  3. Select the Settings icon available on the review cycle card you want to edit. 

  4. Click the Previous tab available at the bottom of the page to navigate to the required steps to edit the details.

Note: You can navigate to the required steps by clicking the Previous and Next buttons available.

  1. Click the Next tab until it changes to the Save tab.

  2. Click Save to save the changes.
