How can admin activate the Review Cycle?

A review cycle is an organization's evaluation period set up for employees. After creating the review cycle, the admin must activate it from the Draft tab. 


To activate the review cycle, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews.

  2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Drafts tab.

  3. Select the created cycle card and click . The card expands.

  4. Click Activate. The Activate Cycle pop-up appears to confirm the activation.

  5. Click Confirm to activate the review cycle. The cycle moves to the Active tab and is published in the ESS portal.


Note

If the cycle is in the Draft stage, you can edit or delete the cycle by clicking the Settings and Delete icons available on the cycle card. Once the cycle gets activated, you cannot make changes.
