Can admin reopen review cycles of individual employees?

Yes. The admin can reopen review cycles for individual employees. A review cycle is a specific evaluation period during which an organization assesses employee performance.

To reopen review cycles of individual employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR admin login, navigate to Performance Management > Reviews

2. From the Review Cycles page, navigate to the Active tab.

3. Under the Assessment Status section, select the required employees’ checkbox whose review cycle you want to reopen.

4. Scroll down and click the Reopen button available at the bottom of the page. A pop-up opens.

5. From the Due On dropdown calendar, reset the due date for the selected employee.

6. In the Remarks text box, enter the reason.

7. Click Confirm to reopen the review cycles. A success message appears.
