How can manager start the assessment for team members in a specific review cycle?

The greytHR PMS Reviews is a structured evaluation process designed to assess and document the employees' work performance. It provides critical feedback on their contributions.

To start the assessment, the manager must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Performance > Reviews. The Reviews page opens.

2. Under the Team Reviews tab, from the Select Employee dropdown list, select the employee for whom you want to start the assessment. 
   Note: You can also start the assessment by navigating to the Control Panel tab.  

3. Select the required assessment card and click Start Assessment. The Assessment Guidelines pop-up opens.
   Note: The View Timeline button provides a view on the status and progress of the assessment. 

4. Read the guidelines and click Next to start the assessment. The My Assessment page opens.
   Note: You can revisit the guidelines by clicking the View Guidelines button available on the right side of the assessment form.

5. Rate the assessment by adding a rating or comment as per the configuration. 
   Note: 

   1. You can view the ratings and comments given by your team members.

   2. You can also view the status of the overall rating of the categories at the top right side of the assessment form.

6. Click Save and Next. The Rating Summary form appears to evaluate the ratings.
   Note: You can click → available on each category if you want to edit your ratings.

7. Click Submit. The Submit Assessment pop-up appears.

8. Click Confirm. A success message appears.
   Note: 

   1. The Pending with status on the assessment card displays the details of the next level of the assessor.

   2. The Assessment Status remains Not Completed until the assessment is fully done.

   3. You can click the View Summary button available on the assessment card to view the summary of your and your team members' ratings. 

   4. You cannot edit the submitted ratings.

   5. Assessors can save their assessment progress halfway and return to continue at any time.

   6. You can also conduct the assessment from the Home Page widget.
