Form-16 provides a detailed record of the salary paid to the employee and the Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on that salary during a particular financial year.
Form 16 files contain sensitive financial details, such as employees' income, tax deductions, and personal information.
To secure these files with a password, the admin must install the digital signer feature within greytHR.
