How can admin enable digital signature in Form 16 Part A?

The Form 16 digital signer refers to the digital signature used to authenticate the Form 16 document.


To enable the digital signature in Form 16, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll Admin Form 16. The Form 16 page opens.
  2. Under the Current Settings card, click Settings. The settings page opens.
  3. In the Preferences section, under Form 16 Generation, select Whether Form16 should be digitally signed option.
  4. Click Save to enable digital signature in Form 16.
