No. The admin cannot change the effective date for overtime displayed on the Assignment page.
The dates vary based on individual start dates and multiple assignments assigned to the employees. The admin can only resolve this by opting for the overtime clean-up method and then reassigning it to the employee.
To clean up the overtime data, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > SYS ADMIN BACKROOM > Leave Tools > Overtime Cleanup. The Overtime Cleanup page opens.
From the Overtime Cleanup page, select Policy Assignment Cleanup. A table appears with all the details.
Select the checkboxes adjacent to the policy or transaction details.
Click Delete to delete the overtime transactions.
