How can admin generate a Weekly Work Hours Report?

Weekly Work Hours Report shows the number of hours worked by an employee each week. 


To generate a Weekly Work Hours Report, the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens. 

  2. In the search box, enter Weekly Work Hours Report. The Weekly Work Hours Report page opens.

  3. From the Year dropdown list, select the required year. 

  4. From the Month dropdown list, select the required month. 

  5. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.

  6. From the Order By dropdown list, select the required order. 

  7. Click Options to customize the report. 

  8. Click Save to save the customizations. 

  9. Click Generate to generate the Weekly Work Hours Report.
