How can admin generate a Help Desk Tickets Report?

Help Desk Tickets Report is a summary of the details and status of tickets submitted by employees to a help desk system for assistance or issue resolution.


To generate a Help Desk Tickets Report, the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens. 

  2. In the search box, enter Help Desk Tickets Report. The Help Desk Tickets Report page opens.

  3. From the From Date dropdown calendar, select the required date. 

  4. From the To Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.

  5. From the Ticket Category dropdown list, select the required category. 

  6. From the Status dropdown list, select the required status. 

  7. Click Options to customize the report. 

  8. Click Save to save the customization. 

  9. Click Generate to generate the Help Desk Tickets Report.
