How can admin generate a Response Time Report (Help Desk Ticket)?

Response Time Report (Help Desk Ticket) is a document that shows the time taken to respond to help desk tickets.


To generate a Response Time Report (Help Desk Ticket), the admin must perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens. 

  2. In the search box, enter Response Time Report (Help Desk Ticket). The Response Time Report (Help Desk Ticket) page opens.

  3. From the From Date dropdown calendar, select the required date. 

  4. From the To Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.

  5. From the Ticket Status dropdown list, select the required status. 

  6. From the Ticket Category dropdown list, select the required category. 

  7. Select the checkbox Show only tickets exceeding response time, if required. 

  8. Click Options to customize the report. 

  9. Click Save to save the customization. 

  10. Click Generate to generate the Response Time Report (Help Desk Ticket).
