How can admin generate Loan Details report?

The Loan Details Report provides the details of month-wise loan deduction and balance details. The admin can generate this report for any selected period.


To generate the Loan Details Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens. 
  2. In the search box, search for Loan Details Report. The Loan Details Report page opens. 
  3. From the From and To dropdown list, select the required months. 
  4. From the Loan dropdown list, select the required loan type.
  5. From the Loan Details dropdown list, select the details of the loan.
  6. From the Group by dropdown list, select the required option. 
  7. Click Options to customize your report.
  8. Enter the required details and click Save to save the customization. 
  9. Click Generate to generate the report. You can also click Mail me if you want the report on mail.
    Note: You can view the generated report under the Recent Reports page.
