How can admin update the PF challan code in case of a multi-company?

Provident Fund (PF) is a government-managed retirement savings scheme for employees, ensuring financial security post-retirement. 

A PF challan code is important to accurately track contributions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

As an admin, you must update the PF challan code on the Multi Company Info page.

To update the PF challan code, you must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > General > Multi Company Info. The Multi Company Info page opens.

  2. Under the Other Details section, in the Company PF No textbox, enter the PF challan code.

  3. Click Save to update the changes. A success message appears.
