Yes. The admin can receive or view the acknowledgement for the letters published on the ESS portal.
Letter acknowledgment is the act of formally confirming a letter.
After publishing the letter, the admin can check the status from the Generate Letter page.
To check or view the acknowledgement received for published letters, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Admin > Generate Letter. The Generate Letter page opens.
From the listing page under the Status, Remarks, and Acknowledgement Remarks you can see the employee acknowledgement displayed.
