The Regularization & Permission feature enables employees to request advance permission for time off. The self-approval functionality approves the permission requests of employees automatically.

To enable the self-approval option for an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal navigate to Workflow > Setup > Workflow Levels. The Workflow Levels page opens.

  2. Under the  Active tab, select the required card. The card expands.

  3. Click View Details. The General Settings form opens.

  4. Click Next. The Workflow Levels settings form opens.

  5. Click Next. The Workflow Policy settings form opens.

  6. From the Apply Settings section, under Approval Criteria, select the option Enable self approval when an employee applies for permission:

  7. Click Save Policy to update the changes.
