Why are the remarks updated as Self Approved in a permission request?

The Regularization & Permission feature allows employees to seek advance approval for time off, assisting them in preventing attendance regularization. 

Depending on the chosen type of approval and the admin’s permission configuration, remarks are automatically updated upon the employee's submission of the permission application. Once the application is submitted, it is moved to the History tab with the remark updated as Self Approved. This rule applies to all employees. When employees access the Regularization & Permission page through their ESS portal, these remarks will be visible under the History tab.
