Kudos are used to express admiration or approval for an employee’s achievements or good qualities.
To view all the received and given kudos from the ESS portal, the employee must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to My Worklife > Kudos. The Kudos page opens.
Click Received to view all the kudos you received.
Click Given to view all the kudos given by you to your colleagues or teammates.
