The greytHR Kudos feature empowers employees to express appreciation or recognition to their colleagues within the organization and share it with targeted groups.
The employees can view the given or received kudos on the My Worklife screen.
To view the given or received kudos, the employees must perform the following actions:
On the greytHR mobile application, tap Explore.
Tap the My Worklife card. The card expands.
Tap Kudos. The Kudos screen opens.
Tap the Received/Given tabs to view the received and given kudos.
