How can employees give kudos?

Kudos are expressions of praise and recognition for an employee's achievements or contributions. The Kudos feature helps recipients to know their efforts are appreciated and admired. 

To give kudos, the employees must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, click Engage. The Engage page opens.

  2. Click the Give Kudos card. A pop-up opens.

  3. From the You are posting in dropdown list, select the required option.

  4. In the Search Employee search box, search for the employee to whom you want to give kudos.

  5. From the Recognize Values dropdown list, select a value that best describes your appreciation.

  6. In the Your message text box, add a message to describe your appreciation.

Note: You can improve your message while keeping the tone neutral by clicking the GreytAI button.

  1. Click Give to offer kudos in the selected category. The created kudos appear on the Engage page.

Note

  1. You can delete/edit the kudos by clicking the Kebab icon available on the kudos. Only the creator of the kudos can do this action.

  2. You can also react and comment on the kudos by clicking the React and Comment icons.

  3. You can view all your Received and Given kudos by navigating to My Worklife > Kudos.
