How can employees view and manage their goals in greytHR?

The Performance Management System (PMS) is a strategic framework that boosts employee performance to align with organizational goals.

Goals guide employees to align their work with company goals, help them grow, and measure their progress toward achieving these targets.

To view and manage the goals in greytHR, the employee must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Performance > Goals. The Goals page opens.

2. Under the My Goals tab, the employee can view and manage their goals.

       Note:

1. The My Goals tab displays all the goal updates of the employee for the current cycle, including the goals status, weightage, and progress.

2. The employees can access detailed progress updates and information within each goal by clicking the → next to each goal.
