How can admin configure the Goals Cycle in greytHR?

The goal cycle is a specific period during which managers set goals for their employees to complete.

Goal cycles can be short-term such as quarterly or can be long-term such as annual goal cycles. The goal cycles are defined based on the company policy.

To create a goal cycle, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Performance Management > Goals. The Goals page opens.

2. Click Create Cycle. The Create Cycle pop-up opens.

3. In the Cycle Name text box, enter the required goal cycle name.

4. From the Duration dropdown calendar, enter the required period for the cycle.

5. In the Description text box, enter a short note describing the cycle.

6. Click Save to create a goal cycle. The cycle falls under the Current/Upcoming tabs depending upon the period selected for the cycle.

Note: You can edit or delete a cycle by clicking the Edit/Delete icons available on each cycle card.
