Restricted holidays are extra days off that employees can choose based on personal or cultural/religious preferences. The admin can map the restricted holiday from the Advanced Options page.
To map restricted holiday to a leave type in the advanced leave options, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
In the Section search box, enter leave.
In the Search search box, enter Restricted Holiday. A table appears.
From the Leave type that is linked to Restricted Holiday row, double-click the Value column
Select Restricted Holiday from the dropdown list.
Click Save to update the changes.
Note: The leave code of the leave type updated will appear in the Calendar and Legend view.
