Leave grants are crucial for maintaining a healthy, productive, and legally compliant work environment.
To restrict the leave grants for employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Leave > Leave Rules. The Leave Rules page opens.
Under the Leave Rules tab, select the required leave rule card and click the Edit Policy Info icon available on the card. A page opens.
From the dropdown list, select Limits For Availing Leaves. The page displays all the related options.
From the If this leave is availed for spin box days, then stop grant of dropdown list, select the options as per your requirements to set the limit.
Click Finish to update the customizations. A success message appears.
