No, the admin cannot perform leave grants for the upcoming year before processing the Leave year-end.

However, you can grant leave for the new year only after processing the Leave year-end.

Note: If the leave auto-grant feature is enabled, the greytHR application automatically grants leave and performs leave year-end processing, eliminating the need for manual leave granting.

Leave year end can be done both manually and automatically.
