How can admin configure manual leave grants for individual employees in greytHR?

greytHR's Leave Management offers both automatic and manual leave granting options. Admins can manually address specific employee needs and situations by granting leave at set intervals as per the company policy (monthly, quarterly, or annually).


To configure manual leave grants for individual employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Leave Leave Rules. The Leave Rules page opens.

      

  2. Under the Leave Rules tab, select the required leave rule card and click the Edit Policy Info icon available on the card. A page opens.

  3. From the dropdown list, select Grant Settings. The page displays all the related options.

  4. Click the Allow Manual leave grant for individual employees checkbox.

  5. Disable the Auto Grant Schedule checkbox.

  6. Click Finish to update the manual leave grant customizations. A success message appears.

Note: As an admin, after configuring the leave rule you can now manually grant leave for individual employees on the Employee Leave page.
