How can admin restrict employees from applying for leave during their notice period on greytHR?

The notice period is the amount of time an employee must serve before leaving their job or ending their employment agreement. 


To restrict the employees from applying for leave during their notice period, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Leave Leave Rules. The Leave Rules page opens. 

     

  2. Under the Leave Rules tab, select the required leave rule card and click the Edit Policy Info icon available on the card. A page opens.

  3. From the dropdown list, select Limits For Availing Leaves. The page displays all the related options.

  4. From the Restrict Employees from applying for leave during notice period limit, select the option as per your requirements. 

  5. Click Finish to update the customizations. A success message appears.
