Yes, the admin can view the resigned employees’ shift roster details on the Shift Roster page.
The Shift Roster provides you with an overview of the existing shift plan of the employees. The admin can view the resigned employees’ shift roster details only if the leaving date is updated. If the leaving date is not updated, the current year shift roster will not display the resigned employees' shift details.
To update the leaving date of the resigned employee, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Information > Separation. The Separation page opens.
From the Search Employee search box, enter the employee number or name for whom you want to add the information.
Under the Resignation Status section, from the Separation Mode dropdown list, select Resigned. A list of sections appears.
On the Exit Details section, click the Edit icon. The section expands.
From the Leaving Date dropdown calendar, select the leaving date of the resigned employee.
Click Save to update the leaving date of the resigned employee.
