Why is admin not able to view changes in employee shifts on other related pages on greytHR?

A shift refers to a fixed period of time during which an employee is scheduled to work. 


To view the changes in the employee shifts on the other related pages, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave Information Shift Roster. The Shift Roster page appears.
  2. Click the Refresh icon to update the employees' shift details.
    Note: The Shift Roster page, gives you an overview of the existing planned shifts of your employees. The changes made on this page, reflect throughout the Attendance module.
