The error message Session Out-time cannot exceed 24 hours (i.e., next day calendar date). Please enter Session Out time within 24:00 hrs occurs when the admin enters the session out-time that is exceeding 24 hours. This situation appears while creating an employee’s shift on the greytHR Shift page.
To resolve this issue, the admin must ensure the Session Out-time is set within a 24-hour period for both Session 1 and Session 2. Learn how to create a shift here.
