How can admin delete the access card details of an employee?

Deleting the access card details of an employee means permanently removing or erasing the information associated with an employee's access card from the system or database.


To delete the access card details of an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal,  navigate to Employee Information Access Card Details. The Access Card Details page appears.
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose access card details you want to delete from your greytHR database. Access Card Details form appears.
  3. Click the Edit icon to open the Access Card Details form.
  4. Click DeleteDelete pop-up appears.
  5. Click Confirm to delete the access card details of the employee.
