Yes, the admin can grant ESS portal access for an exited employee for a certain time period.
To grant the ESS portal access, the admin must delete the exit details such as the leaving date, settlement date, and disable the option Employee has left the organization on the Separation page.
To delete the exit details of an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Separation. The Separation opens.
- In the Search Employee search box, enter the employee number or name for whom you want to add the information.
- Under the Resignation Status section, from the Separation Mode dropdown list, select Resigned.
- Click the Edit icon available on the Exit Details section to delete/remove the inaccurate details
- Click Save to delete the exit details of the selected employee. A success message appears.
