How can employee cancel approved leave?

Approved leaves are the leaves requested by an employee that are officially approved by their employer or management. 


To cancel your already approved leave, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Leave > Leave Apply. The Leave Apply page opens.
  2. Click Leave Cancel. Applying for Leave Cancel form appears.
  3. Select the applied leave type which you want to cancel.
  4. The reporting manager details automatically updates in Applying to search box. 
  5. Under CC to, click +ADD to inform other team members about your leave application.
  6. Enter a reason for withdrawing the leave application in the Reason text box.
  7. Click Submit to cancel the leave application.
