How can admin enable/disable existing event notification templates?

The Event Notification page in the greytHR Admin portal displays a list of event notifications in the application. You can create a new notification on the page. The page allows you to trigger notifications automatically when the event occurs.  


To enable/disable existing event notification templates, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings Miscellaneous Event Notification. The Event Notification page appears with a list of event notification templates.
  2. Click the / icons on the required template to disable/enable the JV template. A success message appears.
