Event notification refers to the process of alerting or informing individuals or systems about the occurrence of a specific event or action.
To enable event-based SMS, you must enable the Event Notification service. To enable/disable the Event Notification service, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to System Settings > Miscellaneous > Event Notification.
- Click Add Event Notification.
- Under Notification, select Send notification when the event occurs (instantly).
- Under the SMS tab, select/deselect the Enable SMS option to enable/disable the SMS service.
