How can admin set up expiry alerts or event notifications for Passport, Visa expiry, and Card Insurance?

Event notifications serve as a valuable communication tool, keeping individuals informed, engaged, and organized, ultimately enhancing productivity and ensuring important events are effectively managed.

To set up expiry alerts or event notifications for Passport, Visa expiry, and Card Insurance, the admin must perform the following actions: 

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Event Notification. The Event Notification page appears.
  2. From the Event Type dropdown list, in the search box, enter Employees Passport Expiry. The Employees Passport Expiry event type card appears.
  3. Click the Edit icon available on the card. A form appears.
  4. Under the Notifications section, enter the required days in the Trigger the notification days before the event and repeat every days spinboxes.
  5. Click Save Settings to set up the event notifications. A success message appears.

Note: You can also add a new notification if any notification is missing in the Event Type by clicking Add Notification.
